Careful, if your trying to lose fat!

Did you know that losing weight by dieting alone you don't just lose fat, you lose muscle mass and bone density as well? So, forget about losing weight, the scales are not a good method of keeping an eye on fat loss.

In order to lose fat without losing muscle mass or bone density (read osteoporosis) you have to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Not only that, but diets without the proper nutritional content and exercise that is not targeted directly at losing fat is a waste of your time and effort.

Varying you nutritional intake and exercise routine is essential to avoid boredom, this is the number one reason why most people can't keep their interest and motivation going.
